•  All payment is through my ETSY store.  You can use PayPal, an ETSY  Gift Card any other payment method accepted by Etsy.  Go  to  www.etsy.com/shop/NouveauHatsbySharon  and find your item in my shop.  If you do not see it there click on the "contact the shop owner" link and send me a message.  I can make a reserve listing for you so you can use your preferred ETSY payment method.
  
  I only ship to slected  foreign countries so please go the the ETSY shop to see if your country is on the list.  CUSTOMS FEES and ADDITIONAL FEES FROM YOUR COUNTRY ARE NOT INCLUDED IN MY SHIPPING AND MUST BE PAID BY YOU.

We ship to  USA, Canada, Australia, Switzerland, Germany, France, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden - please contact me before you buy if you are from a country not listed before purchasing.

You must go to my ETSY store for your purchase.

Items will be shipped USPS within 3 business days of cleared payment but usually same day not including weekends or holidays.

Purchases are shipped to listed PayPal addresses so buyer is resposible for making sure the address is correct.

If an item is returned because of incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Customs fees and additional fees from your country are not included in the free shipping. Please be advised that packages outside the US may take as long as 4 weeks to arrive.

 Returns and Exchanges

Refunds will be given only if an item is significantly different than the item described and I am contacted within 3 days of delivery.   Item must be returned in as sent condition, the same way it was sent to you.  It cannot be worn or used.

Please read the listing carefully, ask questions, and examine the pictures.

Return shipping charges will not be refunded. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.

 Special Orders

Special orders need at least 3 weeks to be completed so plan accordingly.

Items we might need to complete your order include:  pictures, drawings, color swatches, head size(s), style or era of hat.  We might also need to know hairstyle if you are ordering a Victorian reproduction.

You will need to contact us through our email, ETSY, telephone, FAX or by mail before we will make a special order.

The hat's detail to every piece of lace, fabric, feather and flower is so beautiful.
